2. Use of the Services

Commercial use is not permitted without prior written permission.

It is forbidden to:

We strive for accurate and up-to-date product information and images.

Despite this care, we cannot guarantee that:

images match the delivered product exactly.

Because products are partly handmade, slight variations from the images shown may occur.

An agreement is concluded once the order has been confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

an error was made while processing the order.

5. Payment and Prices

All prices are displayed in the valid currency of the country in which the customer is located.

We reserve the right to change prices, except for orders already placed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 1–2 working days.

These delivery times are indicative and may differ due to:

logistical delays;

force majeur.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for:

filling in shipping information correctly;

following the tracking code.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed during checkout.

7. Complaints and Refunds

Complaints can be reported via info@islamictrading.nl

Complaints must be reasonable and submitted within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or causes beyond our control.

8. Liability

We are not liable for direct or indirect damage, unless there is gross negligence or intent.

We are not responsible for technical malfunctions or incorrect or outdated information on the website.

9. Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our products.

In case of obvious production errors, the customer will receive a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price.

Complaints about damage or deviations must be reported within 5 working days after delivery via info@islamictrading.nl

The warranty does not cover:

damage due to improper use;

normal wear and tear;

shrink in the wash;

pills on clothes;

improper storage.

The maximum compensation is equal to the purchase price of the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, videos) is protected by intellectual property rights.

Use, copying, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited.
