In case of obvious production errors, the customer will receive a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price.
Complaints about damage or deviations must be reported within 5 working days after delivery via info@islamictrading.nl
The warranty does not cover:
damage due to improper use;
normal wear and tear;
shrink in the wash;
pills on clothes;
improper storage.
The maximum compensation is equal to the purchase price of the product.
